Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 24 October 2026 · Applies to shop.henistec.com
These terms govern your use of shop.henistec.com and any order you place with Henistec Stores. By placing an order you accept them, so please read them first.
1. Who we are
Henistec Stores ("we", "us", "our") is a retailer of wristwatches and related accessories, operating online at shop.henistec.com and serving customers in Nigeria and Ghana.
Registered business: HENISTEC STORES
Registered with: Corporate Affairs Commission, Federal Republic of Nigeria
Business Name Registration No.: 3577623
Nature of business: E-commerce, online store
Principal place of business: 65 Pipeline Road, Oke Odo, Ile Epo, Lagos State, Nigeria
2. Products
We sell wristwatches, including quartz and chronograph models from brands such as REWARD and LIGE, together with related accessories. Every item listed is a genuine product of the brand stated on its page.
- Product photographs are provided by the manufacturer or taken by us. Colours can appear slightly different between screens, and minor variation in finish is normal.
- Specifications such as water resistance describe the manufacturer's rating for a new watch in good condition. Water resistance is not permanent and is not covered as a fault if the watch has been opened, damaged, or exposed beyond its rating.
- Stock is limited. If an item sells out after you order, we will tell you promptly and offer an alternative, a wait, or a full refund.
3. Prices and currency
Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and Ghanaian Cedis (GH₵). You can switch currency using the toggle at the top of the shop. The price you are quoted and confirm at the time of order is the price you pay.
- Prices include delivery — see our Delivery Policy.
- We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already confirmed.
- If a price is listed in obvious error, we will contact you before taking payment and you may cancel without charge.
4. How an order is placed and accepted
Our checkout works in steps, and a contract is only formed at the final step:
- You add items to your cart and send your order to us on WhatsApp.
- We reply to confirm the item is in stock and verify your delivery address.
- Your order is accepted, and the contract formed, when we confirm it for dispatch.
Until that confirmation, we may decline an order — for example if the item has sold out, the delivery address is outside the areas we serve, or we cannot reach you to confirm the order.
5. Payment on delivery
We sell on payment on delivery. You pay for your watch when it reaches you — never before.
This website never asks you for payment details. There is no card form and no online checkout. You will never be asked for a card number, CVV, PIN, or bank password at any stage of ordering. If anyone claiming to be Henistec Stores asks you for those, it is not us — please report it to us immediately.
- Payment is made to our delivery agent at the point of delivery, in cash or by bank transfer, as agreed when we confirm your order.
- Payment is due in full on delivery; goods are not left unpaid.
- Where you are paying in cash, please have the exact amount ready.
- You are welcome to inspect the watch before you pay.
6. Delivery
Delivery timeframes, coverage and costs are set out in our Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns and refunds
Your return rights are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which also forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.
8. Warranty
Watches are covered against manufacturing defects for the period stated on the product page or in the packaging. A warranty claim does not cover:
- Normal wear, including scratches to the case, glass, or strap.
- Damage from misuse, accident, or water exposure beyond the stated rating.
- Batteries, straps, and other consumable parts after the first replacement.
- Work carried out by anyone other than us or an authorised repairer.
9. Your responsibilities
- Give us an accurate delivery address and a phone number that reaches you.
- Do not place fraudulent orders or use a payment method you are not authorised to use.
- Do not copy our product photography, descriptions, or branding for commercial use without written permission.
10. Our liability
We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. If we fail to do so, we will repair, replace, or refund as set out in our Refund Policy.
We are not liable for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen, such as loss of profit or opportunity, or for delays caused by events outside our control, including carrier disruption, severe weather, strikes, or government action. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. Where we deliver to Ghana, your rights under Ghanaian consumer law are unaffected.
13. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, message us on WhatsApp first — most issues are resolved the same day. If you are not satisfied with our response, write to us using the contact details below and we will escalate your complaint internally.
